Let's have a chat.
The first conversation is free and there's no pitch at the end of it. Tell us what's going wrong and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
What happens next
01
You get in touch and tell us roughly what's going on.
02
We have a conversation — in person if you're in inner Melbourne, otherwise a call. Half an hour, usually.
03
If there's something we can help with, we'll come back with a written scope and a fixed price.
04
If there isn't, we'll say so.
When you'll hear back
We reply within two business days. TUJU runs business hours — there's no emergency line, and we'd rather tell you that now than have you find out at 9pm.
A few honest answers
-
The first conversation is free. After that, work is quoted per project and agreed before we start. Automation builds also carry a small monthly cost to keep them running, which we'll tell you about before we build anything.
-
No. Cafés are where most of our experience is and it's where we started, but the work is small-business operations, technology and systems. If you're owner-operated with a handful of staff, the problems are usually the same shape.
-
You deal with Saban directly. Build and documentation work is handled by a small delivery team. You'll know who's involved before anything starts.
-
It stays inside our own business systems, not personal accounts. We'll tell you where it sits, who has access and how long we keep it — in writing, before you sign anything. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
-
A small project is usually a few weeks. We'll give you an end date, not just a duration — a piece of work without an end date has a habit of never ending.
