Why TUJU exists
For about ten years I worked in specialty coffee — Jakarta first, then Melbourne. Head barista, café manager, consultant. Long enough to notice the same thing happening in almost every business I walked into.
The owner knew something was wrong. They couldn't name it. So they either did nothing about it, or they bought software that didn't fit the problem — and now they had two problems.
TUJU exists to name the thing first.
Who you're dealing with
I'm Saban. I've run the floor and I've been behind the screen — alongside the coffee work I do hands-on IT and systems work for a Melbourne business, which is where the technology side comes from. It isn't theory. It's the job.
You deal with me directly. Every conversation, start to finish.
How the work gets done
TUJU is an Australian business serving Australian clients. Behind me is a small delivery team handling build work and documentation, which is how a business this size takes on work that would normally need a bigger one.
You'll always know who is working on what, and where your information sits. If you want the detail, ask — we'll put it in writing.
Where the name comes from
TUJU comes from Indonesian. Tujuh means seven. Tujuan means a destination — or the point of doing something at all. Both felt right for a business built around working out where you're actually trying to get to.
What we won't do

— We won't take work that needs 24/7 support, certified compliance auditing, or an enterprise rollout — we'll tell you early and point you somewhere better.
